Cure And Stop Panic Attacks

A panic attack is a sudden, unpleasant and debilitating experience in which the sufferer often feels as if he or she is dying. That's why one of the first things they teach panic suffers in therapy is how to stop a panic attack.

How to stop panic attacks?

In order for a person to effectively stop panic attacks, he or she should first understand that having a panic attack is not equivalent to being mentally ill or physically sick.

Panic attacks have a variety of causes, some physical, some mental and some emotional. Some individuals may have a genetic predisposition to panic attacks, and gender also plays a role, as women are more prone to panic attacks than men.
