"I have tried several internet remedies in the past who promised a cure only to be very disappointed when nothing happened. But I have been extremely happy with this product. It took some time to work (over three bottles) but my tinnitus has gone down by about two-thirds. Much, much better. I can get to sleep easier and don't feel so distracted in quiet surroundings. I spoke with Arches' customer service people and they explained that there is no "cure" for tinnitus (despite the claims of other products I tried) but for about 60% who try at least four bottles there is a reduction of noise. They directed me to some clinical studies (published on their website) on the ingredients they use which showed them to be effective (for many) versus a placebo. I found their honesty refreshing - not trying to push false hope or a "cure" that science shows just doesn't exist.
