"I'd complained that I was getting to sleep easily but wasn't staying asleep and a friend recommended Melatonin. I tried this combo (got it at the natural foods dept of my local Fred Meyer store) and was pleasantly surprised at how it worked.

The instructions say take 1 at bedtime. These aren't supposed to make me sleepy - they're supposed to keep me asleep. And they work. I've been sleeping a bit longer, deeper. Don't feel groggy in the morning at all.

"I suffer from panic attacks, and these rescue remedy pastilles have been a big help. When I am having a panic attack, or feel one coming on, I will take a Rescue Remedy. It just helps take the edge off and really helps me to be more in control of the panic attack.

I have not noticed any laxative effect because I only ever take one a day at most. Problems probably occur when you take more than that (aka "excessive consumption").

I also bought the spray, but the taste was so disgusting, I've only used it the one time. I only plan on buying the pastilles in the future. "This might seem to be a gimmick along the lines of the thigh-master or the ronco fish-a-matic.

Surprisingly, it works fabulously - I started using it when I had a couple of business deals that were having problems out of my control.
