"I have tried several internet remedies in the past who promised a cure only to be very disappointed when nothing happened. But I have been extremely happy with this product. It took some time to work (over three bottles) but my tinnitus has gone down by about two-thirds. Much, much better. I can get to sleep easier and don't feel so distracted in quiet surroundings. I spoke with Arches' customer service people and they explained that there is no "cure" for tinnitus (despite the claims of other products I tried) but for about 60% who try at least four bottles there is a reduction of noise. "I'd complained that I was getting to sleep easily but wasn't staying asleep and a friend recommended Melatonin. I tried this combo (got it at the natural foods dept of my local Fred Meyer store) and was pleasantly surprised at how it worked.

"I suffer from panic attacks, and these rescue remedy pastilles have been a big help. When I am having a panic attack, or feel one coming on, I will take a Rescue Remedy. It just helps take the edge off and really helps me to be more in control of the panic attack.

I have not noticed any laxative effect because I only ever take one a day at most. Problems probably occur when you take more than that (aka "excessive consumption").

I also bought the spray, but the taste was so disgusting, I've only used it the one time. I only plan on buying the pastilles in the future. "I have been using an epilator for years, so for 'newbies' just a few comments-

YES- the pain gets better. Stick with it. I use it for everything- upper lip, underarms, legs, bikini- and I don't need any special soothing creams or gentle 'caps' or anything. I barely even feel it. You can get there.

It definitely beats shaving.

But I would say that the "hair free for 4-6 weeks" claim is bunk. If I go more than 2 weeks or so, it's noticeable. Now, the hair is softer and lighter so even if it's there it's not awful- but if you are expecting to be totally silky smooth for a month- no.

And on that note- I'm not sure I'm EVER 100% silky smooth. there are always a few little fine hairs it can't get, or a few that break. It's not like that JUST shaven feeling. (but, that just shaven feeling only lasts what, an hour?)
