"This thing is nice but it hurts so much. I discovered (with this product) that epilation is no for me.
The shaver/trimmer attachment is excellent, I think i will use it more than the epilator attachment because, as i said, the epilation is very painful for me. The epilator has dual speed control to eliminate fine/coarse hair. I think is useful if your pain resistance is higher than mine.
The epilator can be used in back, chest, legs and arms.

"This might seem to be a gimmick along the lines of the thigh-master or the ronco fish-a-matic.

Surprisingly, it works fabulously - I started using it when I had a couple of business deals that were having problems out of my control. I found myself relaxed and able to make decisions and able to let go of the things out of my control, and able to enjoy my time when I wasn't working w/o worrying about the deals. I was able to compartamentalize things much better than in the past.

I think this device can be called "mediation reminder for non-new-age types." By having the box, which is about the size of a deck of cards, sitting on my desk, I remember to use it, whereas I've never been able to remember to meditate, despite all the positive press about it. "Buy this product. Tell your friends about it. Unfortunately J&J doesn't have a clue of how to market this great product, don't let it slip out of production. I am in club Benecol and haven't received anything. Spread the word, a safer way to lower your cholesterol. Word of mouth is about it, lets hope it works.

Don't expect miracles with Benecol, but if you are borderline, this is a great supplement in addition to diet and exercise. Take at least 2 per day. Expect ~10% lower total cholesterol in a month or two, some have reported more. Could be enough to keep you off the risky statins. "I gave this to my wife on Christmas Eve and she LOVES IT! She had been using a Polar Training Watch and had been doing heavy elliptical work (6-7 hours per week), but had gotten off her training program and was dreading starting again.
Bought her this because she really likes graphic feedback and goals. She started playing with it while people were over and is delighted with the trophies, video game style feedback, loves developing her island, animals and gardens. It did the trick and made it fun for her to get active and moving. She's doing little up and down the step routines because of the rewards. She laughs out loud with delight when she gets new and unexpected items on her island.

"I was excited to get this scale. It's my first scale that does more than tell you how much you weigh. I don't really have a way to tell how accurate the weight reading is. But I do know that it's consistent. I've tried all sorts of different tests: Weighing myself multiple times, recalibrating the scale each time, weighing myself with shoes, then without shoes, then weighing the shoes to see if me + shoes = me wearing shoes, etc. etc. The numbers always seem to come out the way they should.

The same goes for the other readings - I have no way of knowing how accurate they are. But across a few days, resting metabolism varies by no more than 10-15 calories, skeletal muscle and body fat stay within 1%, visceral fat is always the same number, and BMI only varies slightly with day-to-day weight changes.
